JVH Annual Holiday Hamper Fundraiser 

For the past twenty years JVH has been holding the Annual Holiday Hamper Fundraiser to collect money and grocery items, which are used to create at least 60 Christmas Hampers. These hampers go out to families and individuals in need in our area, from Howser to Ainsworth. Last year the community generously donated $3,600!  

This year JVH will be holding the fundraiser from 10AM till 2PM,  Monday to Friday, December 5th  to the 16th.  Watch for the students outside the Front Street Market.  

The JVH Annual Holiday Hamper Fundraiser is held in conjunction with North Kootenay Lake Community Services Society (NKLCSS), and with the generosity of the Front Street Market.  A charitable donation receipt is available upon request by signing up for one at the student’s table. Alternately, donations may be made online through the NKLCSS website, https://nklcss.org/home/ , and clicking on the green "donate now" button. This will take donors to the Canada Helps website where they will need a credit card or PayPal account to donate.  Donations made online can be acknowledged as part of the JVH Holiday Hamper Fundraiser by including “JVH” where there is a place to make a note.
